Top 10 most expensive ZIP codes

A neighborhood in Duarte, Calif., tops the list of the most expensive U.S. ZIP codes. California, Manhattan and wealthy New York suburbs dominate the list, with all of the top 10 ZIPs located in those areas.
Here are homes on the market near the median price of the most expensive ZIPs.

No. 1: 91008

Duarte, Calif.

  • Median home price: $4.28 million
